Create Your Own 120 Film from 35mm Films

in this article i will show you how to make 35mm film became and fit to 120mm film. this is my first time doing this and the result going well. im using Holga WPC for this experiment which is this is a pinhole camera

Okay, let’s start. You will need:

1) A scissor
2) Two rolls of 35mm film
3) 120 spool
4) Used 120 back cover
5) Changing bag
6) Tape

I use same method as 120 film.

1) Take the spool and 120 back cover and start rolling on the spool.

2) At number 1 on the 120 back cover, start taping the two 35mm film on it

3) After this, all steps need to be done in total darkness. I use a changing bag. I start rolling the spool to the end and cut the film from canister.

Now, your film is ready!

I do manual developing using Ilfosol 3 and scan using Canonscan 8800F.

Here is the result:

You also can try it with various types of film (slide, colour negative, redscale, b&w) and it’s fun!

    thank you @andy95 and @vanilajan :D

@chilledvondub i believe this one more easier to load and unload film to camera, but a bit complicated to roll the film inside changing bag ;)
