Easy Printing of Long Shots

A quick tip on printing you longer shots, such as those from your Spinner 360, and sticking them together on the cheap.

After some dodgy “scanning” of my Spinner 360 film using a monitor and digital camera (our scanner is on its way!). I decided that although they were terrible quality we’d love to have some printed off, but are not pretty enough to warrant the expense of printing professionally.

So, here’s the tip. Take your pic and with some computer trickery (we used the free photo editing software “G.I.M.P.”) chop your picture into bite-size 6×4 chunks. Then load up onto USB stick off to local supermarket and self printing kiosk. Once you’ve got your prints, swing by the stationary isle and pick up some clear self adhesive film (for backing school books). Then simply lay down a strip to put your photos on, face down first as it is easier to make sure that the front has no air bubbles. Fold over so that the film now covers the front and the back. Trim it with scissors and push out any air bubble that are present. Simply put it up on the wall somewhere and count down until your scanner arrives!

The Spinner 360° goes beyond the confines of standard panoramic cameras. See everything around you (literally!), and be swept away by truly spectacular results. Head to our Online Shop and get your own Spinner 360°!

I just did this! GooD idea! Instead I just used my photo paper and stuck
It into the printer and printed it out in sections, then glued em together and laminate.
Heck yeah. They look better than any photo place could do!
