A Psychedelic Twist

I combined two of my favorite hobbies - lomography and nail art - to recycle my ruined instant photos in a creative way.

Water marbling is a technique I often apply when doing my nails. It consists of filling a small cup with water, and dropping different colours of nail polish into the cup in concentric rings. The next step is to swirl the nail polish using a tooth pick. And finally, you dip the object (in this case some ruined instant mini photos) into the swirl.

Can it be any type of nail polish? Or does it have to be a special type? :O
