Quickie tipster - Another Horizon portrait

Is it possible to take portraits and headshots using Horizon camera? Here are some fun shooting tips!

When shooting Horizon Perfekt at f2.8, the focusing distance will be from 5.5m to infinity. As my friends don’t like to have their close up headshots or portraits taken, I will use this method to take thier photos.

Set Horizon to slow shutter (This is applicable to both Kompakt & Perfekt), place the camera as close to the subject as possible, almost touching the nose. Once you press the shutter, pull the camera towards you as fast (or as slow) as possible. Before the shutter closes, you can continue to move the camera forward or backward.

In this way, you can take fun shots like those below!

That's REALLY cool. . . wish I would have thought of that. . . Recently when using a Horizon Perfekt, I did a LOT of self-portraits and headshots, but I always came out out of focus but the background super sharp.
