Ever thought of living in your own planet? It is now easier to have your own planet with the Lomography Spinner 360º and a little bit of photoshop tricks.
Instead of printing out your awesome endless 360º panoramic Lomograph taken with Spinner 360º into a panoramic format, now you can also print them out in square format and it would looks more interesting, funny and cut, also it is more cost saving!
Just a few steps, you can have your own planet and printing out your Spinner 360º in an alternate way:
1. Cropping, Resize & Rotate:
Crop away from the spocket holes.
Crop away the duplicates. And make your image into a layer by double clicking the background layer, give the layer a name or just leave it as Layer 0 and select “OK”.
Now, go to Image>Canvas Size and fill in the Height with the same amount with the Width.
Free Transform the layer to fulfill the whole canvas by pressing Command+T or Ctrl+T(for Windows) and drag the 4 corners of the layer to snap with the canvas size.
Rotate the layer by selecting Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical
2. Applying the “Planet Spinner” Effect:
Go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates… Select on the “Rectangular to Polar”.
You can also preview you result in the pop-up window, if you’re happy with the result, just press “OK”.
“TAADAH!!!”
3. Rotating and Cleaning:
Alright, we’re almost done, but not until we choose either “man on top” or “women on top” and do a little clean-up in the air and have a perfect deep blue sky.
Ratating the layer by pressing Command+T or Ctrl_T(for Windows) and place you mouse pointer around the outer corner of the layer until the pointer change into a curve pointer. Press, hold & rotate the layer to your liking. Use Brush tool, Healing Brush Tool or Clone Stamp Tool to clean-up the sky.
Welcome to the Spinner’s Planet!

I did this in Photoshop Elements, and the steps were a bit different. Making another layer, at first, isn't really an option, from what I saw. But I was still able to get help from a friend who does this too! The mini worlds are very cool! :)
