Multiple Exposure Upside Down

What would happen it two images were fused into one? Up ways, Down ways, Side ways or Slant ways??

To mix up your multiple exposures try to layer them in a different way, whether that be standing on your head and snapping the shutter or holing your camera an awkward way. Effects achievable with this technique could be trees growing from the sky and ground, some one holding their own head perhaps? Mix it up, turn it around, and look at things at a little bit more of an angle.
