You need to be stable on holding your camera whenever you're shooting photos especially when longer exposure is inevitable and you know how terrible your shots would look when you have unsteady hands, but not today! You can actually abandon your tripod now and still get fantastic results!

I really like how a certain object(s) would look when they are reflected on the water’s wavy surface, I’m fascinated by it! And I took this as an inspiration for this Tipster!
During my experiments with my various cameras, I discovered how to produce such “liquid” images effect on photos. All you need is a Horizon Perfekt and load it with a slow film (50-100iso maximum). Have its exposure the slowest setting (I usually set 1\2-1sec) combined with maximum aperture f16. When exposing move your camera up and down a little, so when the lens is rotating it will produce “waves” on the film.
The frequency of the waves depends on how fast your movements are. The slower you move it, the smoother it will appear. You could also try rotating it a little (10-15degrees) CW and CCW combined up and down movements. Welcome to the Liquid World!
