For this, you just need a stroboscopic flash and a Horizon camera. Have yourself located in a very dim or ambient environment, like in a party or a night club! Make sure to regulate the speed of the strobe flash, it should be slow enough to make a significant effect then set your Horizon’s mode in a longer exposure mode and fire them together in the dark. As the strobe pulsates and the Horizon camera swing its lens, you’ll get a slicing image effect! Your subject can either move or not, or try other things to get different effects as possible!
This tip is also applicable with any camera having a longer exposure settings or bulb mode like the Fisheye 2, surely it will give you a different kind of visual wonder and when it did, let me know about it! :)
