If you are using a high speed film or if you are too close to your object chances are your pictures taken with a flash can be overexposed. But there’s an easy and quick solution- just cover the flash head with your fingers. Putting them in this way in front of the Colorsplash Flash can limit intensity of its light rather giving a subdued glow in your photographs.
You can use also use paper, a sheet of tissue or anything similar that would diffuse the flash effectively.
