“Holy night, busy night all is calm – I panic….allright”
Again the advent season has passed adamantly quick – and again I didn´t take time to get presents for all my beloved friends – shops are already closed… so once again I had to come up with a last minute emergency plan.
Film canisters can easily be decorated with all kinds of material. I used fake fur, sequins, felt and most important lomographies that otherwise would have spent a sad existence in the archive.
The grat thing – 7×10 cm prints nearly exactly fit on big film canisters. To stick Pictures to 35mm film canisters a little cutting is necessary – but if I can do ot everyone can do it!
Finally I had various emergency X-mas presents. Film-canister rice rattles for buddy percussionists, picture- stands for fellow photographers and an extra glittery one that will provide packing for my girlfriends extra-special gift.
