  Frisör Liebmann is probably the smallest hair salon in the world - and it is located inside a bar. In this salon, its easy to get a drinks while you are getting a haircut. To top it off, you can also eat inside the same bar/salon, talk about one-stop-shop!

  Christianshavn ('Christian's Harbor') is a neighborhood in the inner part of Copenhagen. It got its name from its founder King Christian IV, and is actually an artificial island with an area of 3.43 square kilometers, dug out by Swedish prisoners of war.

  Konya Kebab is the name of quite a number kebab bars in Copenhagen - some good others horrible. This particular Konya Kebab is located at Nørrebrogade 106 opposite of Assistens Kirkegård and falls in the first category.

  Nørrebro is a neighborhood in Copenhagen beyond the old Northern Gate (Nørreport) of the city. With its 72,000 inhabitants on only 2.9 square kilometers (1.1 square miles) it has the highest population density of any area in Denmark - in fact the population density is equal to that of Manhattan. Nørrebrogade is the main street of Nørrebro going from Queen Louise's Bridge to Nørrebro S-Train Station.

  Nørreport Station is in the center of Copenhagen and fully subterranean. It has three platforms: Metro, S-trains (greater Copenhagen metropolitan area), and regional- and InterCity trains (throughout the country). It's the busiest station in Denmark - approximately 300000 people travel through every day. Currently, it's the only station that connects to both the Metro and regional train networks.

  The Botanical Garden in Copenhagen is owned by University of Copenhagen, and has a history that goes back to 1600. As the garden, the university and the city developed, it was moved from location to location until October 9th 1874, when the garden opened in its present location. Close to Nørreport Station, it's open during the day and entry is free.

  This historical cemetery is the oasis of Nørrebro, a part of Copenhagen desperately lacking in green, open spaces. In summertime the neighborhood gathers to have picnics and sunbathe in the old section among the graves of historical figures like Hans Christian Andersen and Søren Kierkegaard.

  Copenhagens best urban beach bar must be Halvandet (one and a half). It’s an oasis with lots of possibilities and activities, beach bar, beach cafe, hangout place, disco, when the danish weather allows it, this place transforms into a exotic paradise like you’ll find in southern Europe.
