As soon as I came out of the airport, I was immediately impressed by what i saw: it's the experience of an african city of over 1 million people.... and that's something to live and to see!

Casino of Monte Carlo

posted about 1 year agoMonte Carlo has an international image of luxury, glamour and beautiful prestigious cars. The Casino of Monte Carlo is the main place were you can have a view of all these "clichés" who are more than that because they're also the reality of this place (shown for example in the 1995 James Bond movie "Goldeneye")!

Multi-storey Car Park

by mrszen
posted about 1 year agoI love all abandoned locations. My latest find is the very top of multi-story car parks. I'm attracted only to the very top floor where people are too lazy to park. Here I have my own private world with no interruptions and where I make the rules. I have an unlimited view of the busy city below. I pity the people at street level with their lack of tranquillity. Here I am closer to heaven than they are by a good 12 floors.

Moviepark

2 votesHolga, Diana, SX 70 and Horizon entering Hollywood. If you want to make pics like in the glorious old times of Hollywood-Movies... you could do it without spending a lot of time and money. In Warner Brothers Movie parks you'll find back stages, facades and streets where you could imagine that gangsters, Bonny&Clyde or John Wayne have passed. And if you don't go there on holidays or on Sunday, take your time, until people have left the place you want to make your pic - you can make photos like in the 60s or 70s there. And if you take a portrait-film, and the good old SX 70 for your Polaroid-camera, you'll get the sweet colors which fit perfectly to your motives.
