2 comments and 1 voteWhenever I think of looking for a good book to read or some research back in college, I consider the UP Visayas (University of the Philippines - Visayas) Library a first place to visit. Great books and "hard-to-find" books can be found here. In those times where Internet connection was still scarce and nowhere to be found, library can be the best place for research. There are also several library nooks in the city but I find this one user-friendly. Found it funny, it is now called UP School of Library and Information Studies.
