In my quest to find films everybody forgot about, I found the ALFO Professional Slide Film. Never really heard about that one, so I started my CSI engine. So this review is rather about the way one researches about the history of gone film-gems than the look of its emulsion.

Recently, while I was browsing through my favorite blogger's Formspring, I chanced upon a link of a movie trailer that features a Holga 120N. Check out the video after the break.

This must be one of the craziest monochromatic emulsions I came across with. Not only the title is a promise of an adventure, but the pictures are as well. In most black and white films that I have used, objects in the distance become darker. With the Eagle, the darkness flies away. In fact, it's the other way around. The further the object is away from the lens, the brighter it is.

BMX and lomography are like cocaine to him. Both are very important to a lad who was born in Johor and has stayed in several states like Kulai , Mersing, Kluang, Muar, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam and now he is in Kulim. He now busy with his work but nothing can prevent him from shooting and bunny hooping with his bicycle!

I first started skateboarding a lot of years ago. It quickly became clear that I was not very good, and I decided to draw attention away from this sad fact by picking up a camera and filming or taking pictures of my friends who actually knew what they were doing with their skateboards. So, when I got a Diana it was inevitable that I would use it to take pictures of skateboardy things.

All in all it is a great place to ride and shoot. And now I know that it doesn’t matter that I can’t ride, because I know I’d rather shoot than ride, especially at this park.

As a dirt jumper, my second home is my local trail... Ever since some stupid people had us close down our former trail (the Jurassico, maybe you read my location on it quite a while ago...), I had to move to another second home!!

Good ideas may be right in front of you, literally. Oldskool_rider was doing what he loves best, riding his BMX with an analogue goodie in hand – searching for the perfect shot. Passing some graffiti on the way to his next meet up he realized that you do not need graffiti motifs to actually shoot graffiti!
