It's a classic -- a must-see tourist place. But even the true New Yorkers love it and spend time on its many amazing spots. Central Park is a 341-hectare park, filled with trees, flowers, ponds, zoos and statues. If you're a Lomographer, here are the reasons why you SHOULD spend time in this green rectangle.

Lomography will be my forever love and I have the lifetime mark to prove it! I have revived my analogue love on my recent backpacking trip to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Just goes to show that I will never turn my back on something that I really love.

"I am inspired by how the simplicity of the LomoKino can create boundless possibilities, just like the myraid of music the ukulele - a simple 4-string instrument can make. Going analogue makes me realise and appreciate that the simplest things in life bring the greatest joy." Glyn Chan, Ukulele Movement

Fancy a place where you can relax and at the same time, explore nature during your spring break? Lake Kenyir Resort and Spa might be the right place for you!

Have you ever gone to a trip, took pictures with gusto, then find out that you made a critical mistake when your prints come back? This is what happened when I accidentally left the half-frame mask in my LC-Wide on a recent trip to Hong Kong. The pictures still turned out great... beautiful disasters, in my opinion!

Earlier this year, I spent some time in Ica, in the south of Peru. The highlight of the day trip around town was the visit to Huacachina, where I discovered a fun new sport: sandboarding!

Portugal's cultural capital has long been on the top of my wish list. Porto is a magnificent city with lots to offer. Last summer, I prepared an arsenal of film, armed my cameras, and finally set out on a six-day trip to this great city!

More often than not, Lomographers are wholehearted globetrotters. We seek to voyage through the historical streets of Europe or the frostbitten Himalayan mountains. Luckily for Lomography Malaysia, there’s the Matta Fair for all their globetrotting needs!
-
If you travelling to Malaysia, I most recommend Malacca. This is because it is a great to visit, with its rich historical and cultural background from previous Portuguese, Dutch and British rule. The centre of city was listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in year 2008.

Throw all the books aside and bring your (film) camera out on this breathtaking trip to Yehliu Geopark!

This is my first time I left my home for a quite long time. It’s because my college (my major, actually) required me to do a short internship in another town, about 470 miles away from my hometown. Read about it after the jump!

This deserted island is a marvelous place. Any castaway would gladly want to wash ashore here and live happily on the sandy beaches, enjoy the refreshing breeze, explore the clear seas and relax under the blue skies!
-
Istanbul's streets are full of life -- and a huge population of semi-stray cats, which are perfect subjects for any photographer.
-
On a trip to twin crater lakes in Laguna, I decided to try Fuji Velvia slide film for the first time. Imagine my delight when I got the roll back from the lab and saw how rich the colours in my photos were! From plush purples to rad reds, the images boast of strong contrasts as well as smooth tones.

Adding yet another camera to your collection is always fun and exciting. As your collection keeps growing the problem becomes finding a proper place to store them. My camera collection found a beautiful home in my liquor cabinet.

In cities, winter is something to be endured, but life goes on. Out in our wilderness, though, the world itself seems to freeze, letting us capture these rare moments in time.

Pura Tirta Empul is a Hindu temple in Bali Island, Indonesia. The name of "Tirta Empul" means "crystal clear stream". It is famous for its holy water where people go for purification and various religious ceremonies.

In November 2012, I traveled to Taiwan where I took some photos. Then I reloaded the films back into my LOMO LC-A +RL and took photos in my country, Japan, one month later in December 2012. The photos turned out to be very unique – different times and places in one photo!

Winter in Finland means combination of three things – endless tracks, hours spent in the nature and of course skiing. People can be crazy about it. Count their kilometers or even the calories. However, I think the most beautiful feeling is when you stand on skis for the first time and every little success and moving forward bring you a feeling of a great achievement.

Since the last summer, due to some complicated reasons, I started taking my photographs of my feet. For every trip I have made I could not help myself to take a photograph of my feet, with the ground I stood on, even though the photograph tells nothing.
