I claim: you can´t get more authenticity than with people at work! I guess a lot of poeple can´t think of stepping into a store, bakery, coiffeur or whatever, take out their camera and ask if they can take a few pictures. But you being an (silent) observer ensures you getting authenticity and you decide the moment which is worth being captured - not the right facial expression you need to quick pull the trigger.

One of the most spectacularly located restaurants in the entire world. It was our last few hours in Paris, and we were desperate to dine somewhere around the Louvre. But it had to be a place which served Pomerol wine, there were no doubts about that. I didn't know why, but my partners did insist on that.

Great wines and oysters in the darkest part of Paris. We were recommended to go to Wepler by some Parisian gallerist that I know. She assured me it was the best place for fish. Queues at the door upon our arrival suggested a gem, and that couldn't have been farther from the truth.

This is where my friends and I go to get wild during weekends or just chill out during weekdays. 'Backstage' is behind the restaurant named 'The Junk Restaurant'. Wondering why it's also referred to as the 'Junk'? Read on to find out why.

One of my favourite places to drink a few beers with friends, listen to live music and also my favourite place to drink a cup of coffee with my family facing the beach and sea.

A unique place to enjoy a cup of coffee right in the middle of São Pedro de Moel Beach, Café da Praia is a landmark and a place full of good memories from when I was a teenager and the view? The view is fantastic.

Part bar, part club, the Bedroom Bar is one of Shoreditch's best-kept secrets. A wonderful loft space with a big dance floor, smoking terrace, and chill out room. True to its name, it does in fact have a bed tucked away in the top-left hand corner.

Oysters today, oysters everyday! Do you like oysters as much as I do? Good news! No need to go to Whitstable or Scotland, the only way is Soho! I used to go to Wright Brothers Oyster Bar at Borough Market from time to time, but I didn't know they had a spot in Soho as well, until my gourmet friend took me there to have a quick oyster+Guiness anti-hangover fix.Yummy!

Not a Sado Maso experience, but fine wining and dining. Boots & Flogger is a place of tradition. Some waitresses have worked here for 35 years already. I once came here when one of them was retiring. She showed me pictures from the old days when she was still young and just started working here. They were two friends and another lady was still going to continue. I wonder, how many bottles of wine they had together during those years.

A lovely bar (or a bakery/teashop/coffee shop or all of them together) where you can drink a cup of tea and eat delicious cupcakes surrounded by girly/rockabilly decoration! Located at one of the most typical Lisbon neighborhoods and just at the historic center of the city.

A cozy wine bar with an excellent choice of wine, champagne, and spirits from all over the world. From the full Lebanese range to Chateau Musar. You can try any wine from the menu before purchasing, and the knowledgeable staff will talk you through. You can also choose any wine from the shop, and the corkage fee is only £4.
