A great live music venue in Wakefield. Its a great place to go to see live music and have a few cold beers before hitting the big clubs in the main part of Wakefield.

The ruins of a castle on the edge of Wakefield.

Brand new skate park in Wakefield, a great place to hang out and skate/bmx/Rollerblade.

A fantastic place to take a stroll, take a date, take your bike or take a date. A serene lake surrounded by trees 10 minutes outside the city center.

Better known as Hollywood, a piece of wasteland that is at the top of storrs hill in Ossett. Some one cleverly wrote Hollywood on the wall at the very top of the hill. A hang out for teens, a great place to jump bikes, walk dogs and go tripping (apparently.)

The city of Wakefield, the place where my parents were born and where I have spent most of my short life. Its handy for shopping but it's not as good as Leeds. It's got a great strip of pub and clubs with fairly decent music and after you've hit the clubs you can always got to the ever so handy subways. But lets not forget the magnificent Cathedral that gives the goths and the moshes a place to hang out.

Yorkshire Sculpture Park is a great Lomo opportunity. The grounds are enormous, taking in open fields with sculptures seemingly randomly dotted about, woodland areas, 'park' areas with more concentrated works, and indoor galleries. Each one is a new Lomographic challenge!
