One of the most famous and “nicest” buildings designed by Hector Guimard is the Castel Béranger at 14 rue La Fontaine. It’s a beautiful example of Art Nouveau style. One of my favorite things while living in the 16th arrondissement of Paris was to take architectural visits of the quartier, as I discovered that Hector Guimard, an architect famous for his Art Nouveau creations, including one of the different metro entrances in Paris, designed many buildings in the area.
