Truth be told, I have always been the kind of person to keep count of everything. You know, the OCD type. Always making sure everything is in proper order, making sure I keep track of the money I’m spending, saving it, and contemplating that I don’t waste it in things that aren’t necessary. This all changed in February 2010, the day I met Lomography.

It's time to go all the way. Your digital camera has been on the shelf for months, entombed in dust. When it comes to loading your film camera, you're like a well-trained photographic assassin loading your sniper rifle. Your bathroom has a lingering odor that can't quite be identified by your friends, but that smell of fixer during your morning shower is like your first cup of coffee: necessary and refreshing. You're a film nut and you're proud of it. But once those negatives have dried, you're again stuck behind a screen while you scan and tone your images. It's time for that to change, and the first step in moving toward a full darkroom is understanding photographic paper.

What was the photo that you consider your first and best one at that time? We're sure there's a story behind that so tell us!

Time Capsules are collections of objects that are buried or contained and then re-opened in the future. Some people say they are the closest we can come to time-travelling – They are a unique way of communicating with future generations through objects from today.

Scientists and Philosophers love to come up with crazy stories called ‘Thought Experiments’ to illustrate their theories. Thought Experiments are a great way of demonstrating specific problems and they encourage people to come up with creative solutions to them. And because us Lomographers love to experiment with new ideas too, we thought it would be fun to put a photographic twist on two famous thought experiments!
