October is the time when ghastly ghouls and spooky spirits haunt the living for, you guessed it, All Hallow’s Eve. Although, looking back at last year, the fear seemed to have sparked adrenaline and creativity rather than fear and cowardice. Take a look at what Malaysia came up with last October!

When I saw the Requested Posts for November, I spotted "Your Lomo Milestones!" Then, I thought, "Why not write about them?" So here, I tried to remember all my firsts in Lomography. It's quite a hard job to remember all of them but for all of you die-hard analogue photography people, I will remember them! I just love to share some analogue love from time to time. As I always say, "Sharing is Caring." So here it goes, adi_totp's Lomo Milestones!

In the summer of 2007, three students were talking about this and that in the corner of one University in Bandung. One of them was me; I was wondering why my other two friends were talking about. "Lomography!" I remember when they shouted that to my face, I was clueless back then. When I got home, I opened my Internet browser to search for "Lomography." I never thought that day would change my life forever! Kids, this is my love affair with Lomography since 2007.

120 films? Some might say "Ah it only allows you to take 12 to 16 shots". Maybe some of us said that before we tried a medium format camera which uses 120 film. Children? I don't have them yet, I was a child long before today. All of us were once kids and all of us certainly have a photo when we were still children, still cute and innocent. Kids, this one is for you!

I just started to use this simple yet brilliant camera, but I will talk about my first experience using the Diana Multi Pinhole Operator. The first roll seems to be history to many Lomographers including me, so this time let me tell you about how amazing this camera is!

A series of my preferred photos tagged "Halloween". A series of photos taken "just for fun". Enjoy!

One of the main traditions in the UK around Halloween, is to don your finest scary costume, and go to a nightclub for a night of drinking and dancing and trying not to let your facepaint melt in the heat!

Do you want to know when is the best opportunity to enjoy a good beer in Como in the month of October? Simple: the party after the game at the day of the inauguration of the new Rugby Como stadium!
-
I love to photograph rugby, my preferred sport. The young team of my city, Rugby Como, belongs to the Italian Third Division championships, and plays in a small stadium surrounded by beautiful trees. In the autumn, the colors are fantastic!

Many times you could not really believe some silly jokes based on stereotypes or some other fake features. When Penny heard the silly joke about Finnish people and weather in Finland, she just laughed, but did not believe that actually a part of it might be even truth.

It's that time of the year again when, on any given Friday or Saturday night in October, anywhere around the world, you could stumble upon a lederhosen clad lad and a dirndl dressed lass. Luckily, my birthday is also in October so last year, we were able to combine the two in my hometown on the Central Coast of Australia having a big Oktoberfest celebration.
