Here's a report on the Rollei RPX 400, a highly sensitive black and white film from Rollei that yields a classic look. Take a look at the photos I shot with this film after the jump!

With the recent release of Lomography's first ever black and white 110 film, we know you must be itching to try them out with some notable 110 cameras. We come to your rescue with a mini-series which features some of these classic compact shooters!
-
Compact, easy to use, of high aesthetic value -- this is the Rolleiflex medium format camera. This camera has accompanied me for many years, and I was never ever disappointed!

This is my third review from the Rollei Creative Editions selection and this is the black and white version called Blackbird.
-
This is my second review of the Rollei Creative Edition Films. This time I am going to share with you my own personal experience of using Rollei Redbird.
-
Tiny camera, BIG love!!!
-
To called this film a redscale is maybe a little bit inappropriate. Since this film has an unexpected wide range of colors, it will definitely give you shock therapy. I am aware there are some films that have similar capability like Nightbird. But, again you will be shocked with the results.
-
This is Rollei and it hails from Belgium, its charming colors made me fall in love after shooting the first roll!
-
This is a different kind of redscale film, from the famous Rollei brand, another member of the "creative edition" series.
-
A very special film: No orange mask, very saturated colorful images and stable for the next 300 years. Easy to scan and easy to shoot.
-
The Rollei CN Digibase is a color film that lacks an orange mask/filter. It can be readily printed either in color or in black and white. The film, due to it's lack of orange filter, has some vintage effect when processed over the labs.

Accidents do happen during photography. When the right one comes, you just can't resist the joy! This is how I accidentally discovered a way to superimpose words on your pictures.
-
The Lomo community revived a flagging film industry in the face of the hugely popular digital cameras. But with films stocks dipping, manufacturers stopping production and prices sky-rocketing, how much longer can this last?
-
This sturdy little vintage camera has a lot to offer. The Rollei 35 is a metal 35mm film camera with a variety of manual settings including film type, shutter speed, lens focusing, film ISO, and aperture setting with an easy-to-read light meter. It also works with a tripod, external flash, and cable release.

When I first saw the new Rollei films, I had to get my hands on them, and when I went to the woods last week, I gave the Crossbird a shot, the forest never looked greener before...

MARCO (Museo de Arte Contemporáneo) in Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain is hosting a temporary exhibition of the work of Galician photographer Virxilio Vieitez. Vieitez, who died in 2008, had stored a great amount of material that his family has just offered to scholars and institutions for public exhibition and study. Thanks to MARCO, it is now possible to see not only Vieitez’s classic works, but also a good number of previously unknown B&W, colour and vintage photographs. The selection was made by Italian curator Enrica Viganò.

It was the first slide film I ever tried. Cross processing with slide film was just way too confusing and stressful, but then I came across Rollei Crossbird Creative Edition, which is made for X-pro. It even orders you on the packaging to process it in C-41 chemicals! This film soon converted me and that led me to discover its amazing history and awesome results.
