Analogue has become such a huge part of me for almost 2 years now. However, working has taken most of my time that I sometimes find myself missing lomowalks and shooting analogue. But I am thankful enough to have a few close friends who are into analogue to keep the passion going.

“But why think about that when all the golden lands ahead of you and all kinds of unforseen events wait lurking to surprise you and make you glad you’re alive to see?” – Jack Kerouac, On The Road

It all started with an idea; that this summer, my friends and I would take a road trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles. What was at first just a plan, quickly turned into a real adventure. This is the story of my endless, analogue summer with my two film-loving best friends.

If you ask me, the best thing about summer are little getaways. My boyfriend and I drove with two friends to Cape Breton from Halifax, in the Canadian provence of Nova Scotia and stayed at our friend's family cabin. See the beauty I found and how I coped with being out of the city in this article!

Summer road trips are one of the things I look forward to most about the warmer months. This year my boyfriend and I, along with another couple of friends drove up to Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, on the east coast of Canada. The Cabot trail is regularly on 'Top drives you need to do before you die' lists and I can see why. Over two days, we saw many beautiful landscapes and kept our eyes open for moose and coyotes!

Looking to go on a bit of a photography adventure? Are road trips, natural beauty, and dramatic landscapes your thing? Then the South Island of New Zealand is where you need to be. I was looking for all of those things and I found it. Don't believe me? Keep reading (and looking), the photos speak for themselves.

Two Canadians and an Australian get in a car and drive up the east coast of the northern state of Queensland, Australia. Take the trip of a lifetime with me from the theme parks of the Gold Coast to the Great Barrier Reef.

I decided to throw in a roll of expired True Colors film in my bag right before a road trip to Tagaytay with two of my best friends and boy am I glad I did. The results of shooting with not-so-fresh film never fails to surprise. Looking back, it's probably the best ₱40 I ever spent!

Oh wow, Chinese New Year is approaching and it's another long weekend holiday! For those who do not celebrate Chinese New Year, perhaps should grab this chance for a short break and discover Malaysia!

The day had finally arrived, we were at home trying to fit a camping backpack with fleeces, hats, and boots in the middle of August because that night we were leaving for Iceland! The next morning would start two exciting weeks of travel by car along Highway 1, around the country.

This larger than life public sculpture doubles as a one-piece playground. Every time we see a little red wagon, we'll remember our rest stop in Spokane.

... " And so I am surprised by that film, one in black and white, sometimes fuzzy, that brings to light the true essence of photography. Even if it’s plastic. and then a 1200 km trip by car, Aosta - Berlin, almost to tell my grandchildren. And then two bikes with us. and then friends. and then write about what you've been while listening to a disc 11 years ago and see the green of pine trees from your balcony. That's beautiful ... "

Industry and nature collide in a good way at the Tampa Electric Company Power Plant. Just below the streams of puffy white particle clouds rests a discharge canal and in its warm winter and spring waters are the manatees.

After the magical time that we spent in Fjordland, it was time to go back on the road in reach of our next destination: Wanaka! Although before Wanaka, we first went to Queenstown where we got really disappointed.

Malaysia is (quite literally) a stone's throw away from Singapore. Singapore is a small island in Southeast Asia and sometimes it can get a bit boring. When it does (and one lacks the thick, padded wallet for a luxurious trip overseas), we can count on our trusty neighbour, Malaysia!

Stage 2 got you looking for trouble - Ripcurl- and Lomography-style, of course! As we open the 3rd stage for this competition, we ask you to take a break from your wild endeavors and take a laid-back roadtrip with your friends. You'll be wheeling in exciting prizes, as always! Roll down the windows, blast the music, and don't forget your camera!

Not since we drove from St. Augustine, FL to Boston, MA four years ago have we been on the road together (driving from LA to San Francisco or Vegas doesn’t really count). This time, our target is 15 cities around the southern half of the United States in three weeks. Our first stop is the Joshua Tree National Park.
