Ryerson student, and emerging Toronto photographer, Turner Wigginton displayed a series of Cyanotype images created with sound. A 15 image series along with a temporary demonstrative installation got our crowd of Lomographers buzzing with excitement. With a couple drinks, some hip young people, and good art everyone had a great time!

Felix R. Cid's road to professional photography certainly was an interesting one. He started his professional life working in construction, took photos of people in discotheques, and owned a business in Ibiza. Cardiff born Pete Fowler is a freelance illustrator who paints and draws animals, UFO’s, Moogs, monsters and mythical creatures. Sometimes turns these in to small model toys. He is best known for his artwork for welsh band Super Furry Animals. Pete is also a self-confessed music obsessive, collecting vinyl along the way, AND he makes beautiful music with his band The Seahawks. We gave our new LomoAmigo an LCA+ and took him away from his busy schedule to chat to him.

Spring has finally hit the city, which means we're planning to celebrate pinhole photography day at Dolores Park! If you have a Diana F+, be sure to bring that along for your pinhole photos. We'll also be putting together a studio portrait workshop with the graceful Diana. And in case you didn't know, Lomography is celebrating the first annual film photography day! Our store will be having a party that evening for our gallery featuring various local photographers. Check out the events and come by!
