Since this year I’m spending in Helsinki, I’m quite anxious about every new art events and exhibitions here. So to my great satisfaction and pleasure, I would like to announce and inform you about this upcoming event: Helsinki Photography Biennial 2012, starting on the 2nd March and open till the end of April.

After several trips to Finland with my girlfriend, I have collected a cool selection of photographs. Especially of this lake in the Finnish countryside.

Very close to the Kamppi centre in the western part of the Helsinki city centre, the Hietaniemi Cemetery houses old tombstones and statues, a park-like atmosphere and a lot of red squirrels. Next to it, there is also a Russian-orthodox graveyard.
