On 29th April there was a pretty popular event in my town - Season opening on Lubovna Castle. This occasion is always accompanied with a lot of visitor from different countries and historical performaces played in front of the audience. So what else could I do than grap my new La Sardina and became a part of it!

Reporting back on the rip-roaring raceday at Ffos Las Racecourse with the Diana Mini and Coronet Rapide. Read about the event after the jump!

The understated art of mono meets the sheer convenience of c41 processing with Ilford's XP2 series of black & white negative films!

Some people say B&W is not Lomography. There may be nice images done on Holga but that's all about it. True lomostyle is in colors. In bright colors. And cross process is a king there. Well, I wouldn't be so narrow-minded...

Black and White film uses C-41 process,
Shoot your heart out, develop it anywhere (where there is a film lab with the C-41 stuff). Marvel at the love you will have for this film,
Marvel more when it winks at you and says "yeah we gonna get along just fine..."

The Ilford XP2 maintains the look of a classic black and white film although it’s developed using C-41 chemistry. Contrast is high, while grain stays low.

Easy and great: For someone like me who love to shoot on b/w film but don't have any clue on DIY developing, this is THE choice.

Black and white lovely-ness with the ease of c41 processing: This is a great black and white film that is widely and cheaply available and can be processed with standard c41 chemicals, so you can take it to your local supermarket, chemist, or 1 hour photo place and get it developed for a couple of quid.
