Springing spring comes always when you need it. After a cold winter (well, now I live in Lisbon, so it was not so cold), bright days start to come. Light is important for photographers, in particular according to the Lomo-philosophy of going outside instead of photographing in a studio.

Kirkstall Abbey is one of my favourite local destinations. Situated just outside Leeds, the Abbey is a perfect photo destination in any season, but it is particularly beautiful in Spring.
