Personally I am a huge fan of redscaling. It allows you to get some color in your photos, even on the grayest of days. But what if you just want to add the redscale effect to just some of your photos rather than shooting an entire roll this way? Easy enough: use a red filter! And while you're at it, why not throw in some other colors as well?! Read on to find out how you can turn your LC-A+ in to a rainbow camera!

Ever wondered how to use coloured filters for your black and white holga shots, and what effects they have? I have the answer for you

No matter where you go in the world, in almost every large city you will find a Chinatown. Mexico City is no different, but what sets this Chinese hub aside is its tiny size. Covering but a single block, this Mexican Chinatown is probably the smallest in the world.

I bought a filter set with lots of different colors a time ago. Mainly for a flash and the gray for a neutral density filter. But now I use a couple of different colors to hold in front of the lens.

May it be day or night, when I’m with my trusty Lubitel and A roll of fuji Provia 100F, I am confident that I will sure get a roll of gorgeous photos. Read on about these film and camera I consider a “perfect match.”

Just thirty minutes away from the Las Vegas strip lies a beautiful conservation area that captures the beauty of the desert.

Fritz, as I call him, is my ever dependable light companion. Wherever I go, I always make sure I bring one flash with me, so I wont feel bad that it took me until night time to shoot, or whenever the subjects I want to take be inside a dim- lighted room. Like the famous tagline of a deodorant, I'm sure Fritz wont let err light you down!

Redscale, mainly at the beginning, caused these contradictory feelings in almost every Lomographer. This is my own story with this film, both sought and avoided.

What do you like to see when you're surfing the web through autumn photos? Is it all about natural colors or do we need some special bright?

One of my favourite techniques, no matter the subject matter, is creating silhouettes. Some of my favourite fall photos were taken as silhouettes and I will share with you how I created them so hopefully you will be able to create some for yourself this season!

A little late but surely this great film deserves a tribute. The Lomography Redscale XR 50-200 has brought about great convenience to Lomographers who love the vintagey sepia-ish tone. Normally, the photographers would have to manually reverse the film in order to enjoy such delicious tones. Because this film is discontinued :(, this review would serve as a tribute (and a plea to Lomography to bring this film back)

Autumn is my favorite season. Why? Because I love its changes: nature becomes orange, it's time to harvest new beginnings that you can capture with redscale film.

It was this summer at Azores. I thought I had a very cool brand new color slide film in my camera, and I just finished shooting...I get the film out of the camera and...it was a redscale! I was devastated! Until I saw the results.

The wind is getting colder and the leaves are starting to drop, it's beginning to feel a lot like fall. This will be my third real fall season. Coming from Australia, the land of the evergreen, I love being able to experience the beautiful colors and these lomographs are a recount of my past two fall seasons.

Sometimes street photography in black and white or in color looks predictable. But when a roll of redscale is used for street photography it adds a whole new dimension.

They say that High school are the best days of our lives. What if you spend you grade school and high school days in just one school? And to top it all, it's an exclusive all-boys school. Then probably you've just experienced one hell of a childhood. This I did, when I finished both elementary and high school in Marist School.

A fine weekend in London with nothing but blazing sun and blue skies! Highly unlikely I know, but a great chance to try out my first roll of Lomography Redscale 100 in my Holga GN 120. The results raised the question: will there ever be enough light for Lomography Redscale 100?
