My profession requires me to travel from time to time so I have to stay in hotels for a few days per year. As hotels are somehow unreal places, I thought it would be interesting to catch a little bit of that spirit. So check in, this is Lobbygraphy!

It may be small, but Hotel de Banville in Paris offers its guests more than just a cozy bed to sleep at night. If not for its bright red awnings and banner displaying its name, you could walk past Hotel de Banville without knowing it, thus, making it an adventure just to find the place! But don’t judge a book by its cover.

You don’t really to have to wander far to find works of art when you’re in Paris. This is my second trip to Paris. Unfortunately, this time, my stay was cut short due to events beyond my control. Thus, I had only an afternoon to explore the sights before catching the next 13-hour flight home.
