Lovebox is a 3-day music festival held in Victoria Park, London. A variety of music is performed over the weekend along multiple bars, clothing stores, and a seemingly unlimited assortment of food stalls. I bought a ticket for Bang The Box (the Friday of the festival), grabbed my Olympus Trip 35 and my brand-spanking new Lomography La Sardina and took the train over for a very memorable evening!

The Yashica Electro 35 GSN/GTN is the fourth and final if the electro series rangefinders. Introduced in 1973 it was the culmination of the previous versions with a few improvements, one being the ability to select an ASA/ISO up to 1000.

The Yashica Electro 35 is a magnificently amazing camera only if you know how to work your way around it. Its cheap, has a amazing glass and is intensely sexy (specially the black version GTN).

On two warm summer nights, a fellow film student and myself shot a light painting film. We did it with a Bolex and 100ft of 250D, 16mm, color movie film. We wanted to push the limits of light painting, creating movement, rhythm, character, and conflict. So with the help of a few friends, we began our luminous conquest, one frame at a time.
