I stumbled upon a dismantled Horizon Kompakt and set to work building it back up again. This is my version of events in the hope it will help other people. This guide can be used for the dismantling too, you just have to read it backwards!

Are you in love with your Fisheye but it's no longer working and the guarantee is expired? I was in that hopeless situation, but I was in luck because my dad is better than McGyver. We dismantled it to find the problem and to repair it. In our case the wind on wheel was blocked for a broken piece into the wheel. If it is your problem follow this guide. The best thing about finding a "new" old camera in your aunt's or grandparent's house is the day when you get the results without knowing if the camera was broken and of course the attempts of fixing the camera with your hands if it's broken or just cleaning it to start taken awesome pics and amazing shots!

Diana Mini is a great camera, and with this quick modification, we will make it better. When I could not find the answers I was looking for, I took matters into my own hands. I have a knack for taking things apart and fixing them so I thought this would be easy, and I was right.
