Wu Kai Sha is an urban paradise, which is free from pollution. From the downtown area, it only takes less than fifteen minutes, then you can see the tranquil sunset.

Taking photos of the same scene is a great way to understand how different cameras and films work. Here is a photographic journey of a few trees on Hampstead Heath.

After ordering a roll of Kodak Elitechrome from Lomography Online, I was super stoked to test it out in my trusty Canon AE-1. But after getting my photos back, I was a bit disappointed. The photos were not baaaad...but safe to say, Elitechrome does not handle low light very well. Read more after the jump!

You don’t really to have to wander far to find works of art when you’re in Paris. This is my second trip to Paris. Unfortunately, this time, my stay was cut short due to events beyond my control. Thus, I had only an afternoon to explore the sights before catching the next 13-hour flight home.
-
When I only had an afternoon in Paris, I went on an urban photowalk and shot what I saw like a madman. And I was surprised at what was caught on film!

Fuji Velvia 50 is one of those films that I feel is timeless. However, I haven’t even had the chance to process a roll as it was intended, through E-6 processing. It produces great results from a daylight film even in overcast conditions.

If you're someone who likes slightly stronger colors without unnatural color shifts, prefers some saturation in your photos and wants higher speed slide films...The Fuji Sensia 400 is your answer!
-
Sometimes it is possible to predict the prominent hues of a cross-processed slide film; like how Provia appeared greenish blue and Astia purple and magenta. But Sensia 100 is in a whole different category!

HeadSpace is having a Lomography exhibition in Liverpool because we love all things Lomo. We are still accepting submissions and it all kicks off on the 28th of October.

I made this video tutorial to show how I scan cross processed film. When I first started scanning my own film it took me a long time to get results I was happy with, particularly from cross processed film. This tutorial should give you all the information you need to get good results without months of trial and error.

Old batches of Agfa CT Precisa slide film were famous for giving bright, punchy colors when cross-processed. Now that the original Agfa film is no longer in production, a newer, updated version is here to take its place, and the different emulsions used to make the new film give rise to radically different results.

One of the most popular films...right?

I spent this year’s Carnival weekend in a little town called Calafell in Catalonia’s Golden Coast (Costa Daurada) with some friends, so I couldn’t resist take one of my Lomographic cameras with me!
-
I tried for the first time this month the Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 to cross process with my Olympus XA2 and I can't be more satisfied with the results!
-
This delightful film will give you great colors, contrasts and photos. You will never want to use other film once you start using Lomography X-Pro 200. It is beautiful to say the least!
-
Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 film derived is from the Agfa RSX emulsion and is wonderfully balanced for cross processing, with result giving high levels of contrast and beautiful grain. It comes in 2 flavors, 120 and 35mm, my sample photos below will be of the latter.
-
With the Diana Mini "Love is in the Air" I also got my first ever role of slide film, the Lomography X-Pro 200 for 35mm and decided to cross process it. Different weather conditions gave me a great first impression of this very interesting film.

I’m sure that when you hear about Barcelona you will immediately think of Gaudi and modernist architecture (Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Casa Batlló…). But the truth is, Barcelona is full of modernist buildings that sometimes go unnoticed. Let’s give these works of art some justice and show off some of these not so popular places.

I love Paris in the spring time. I love Paris in the fall. I love Paris in the summer when it sizzles, as Ella Fitzgerald sang…and who doesn’t love Paris?

It’s hard to talk about a city like London. Hasn’t everything been said already? Let’s try to add a Lomographic perspective then, with some shots from my first time in London with my Smena.
