Another film that's gone too soon, X-Pro Chrome 100 was the standard color slide film for positively colorful Lomographs! Developed in C-41 chemicals, it intensifies hues and makes everything more vibrant and vivid without going overboard!

There's nothing like "au naturel". I stumbled across saviorjosh's Fuji Natura Classica shots from Kenya and was captivated by the majestic animals, wilderness, and full on nature that we don't find in our city settings. It's namesake camera the Natura took all the analogue photos you're about to see.

There was a range of ultra-low iso slidefilms for artificial Tungsten light from Kodak that delivers all kinds of color-nuances and shades. These films were quite durable and stable, so they were actually quite suitable for many kinds of weather conditions and photojournalists, that always had to be sure that they can deliver results whenever it's needed. One of my favourites in this row must be the Kodak Ektachrome 320ET - a true survivor.

Once I laid eyes on that offer on eBay I was instantly stunned. There was a slide film of Ilford. The British film producer came out with their own branded color transparencies? I made sure to win the bunch and tried the Ilford Dia 200 myself. One of the reasons I liked it is because it used the German name for slidefilm: Dia.

This was the very first slide film I have ever used, so my review will be from a newbie's perspective. My first film was disaster, the second better, and I’m looking forward to mastering the third.

Are you tired of celebrations that have been imported from other cultures just for consumerism reasons? I am totally against those things. But, if like in this case, all you have to do is to get surrounded by friends, drinking beer and singing along nice melodies, I couldn't stay against it.

It’s the original encounters, which unfolds the most energy and evokes the strongest feelings! There's nothing quite like finding a film that has its own secrets and leaves you guessing. Such is the Kodak Vericolor Slide Film, a sensation in blue and black.

This last year was my first full year in this great community. I got in touch with very nice and interesting people around the globe and I saw many many great pictures which in fact wasn´t helpful for my bank account. I was really inspired by a lot of shots you took and so I badly had to buy this and that and try this or that. But thanks a lot for the input. Here, I want to show you my favorite shots of the last 12 months, one for each month, which is pretty hard to choose. You won't miss my best failures too, and the ones I like from the best of the community.

It is a type of film that if you like it then you will fall for it, otherwise, you might be frightened by the grainy texture. Well, it is really nice to have a chance to try a new film during my short vacation in Malacca - a town full with historical taste.. In my point of view, Sunset strip has given Malacca another flavour... with the yellowish power and artistic taste ;)
