A very cheap color slide film from Boots gives great colors, and is fantastic when either normally processed or cross processed. Learn more about this film after the jump!

Should I write about this amazing location or should I hide it from everyone, in an attempt that it remains preserved from the touristic madness of the region? Well, if there is someone I would like to show this magnificent place, it is you, dear lomographer!

A while ago I ordered Fuji Velvia 50 RVP 35mm color slide film because I liked the idea of getting very fine grained pictures it promises to deliver. It is a slow speed film that, if treated with xpro, features slight to medium versatile color shifts and very saturated colors. Compared to the Velvia ISO 100's typical red and purplish hues, cross-processing the Velvia ISO 50 brings you more subtle but still distinctive results. It's not the best choice for night photography. Now, the colors that it brings is what I like about it.

When expired and cross processing, it can be moody and difficult to control. I recommend this only for the brave.

Mix a roll of Fuji Provia 100F daylight color reversal 35mm film with cross processing and call your dish greenscale film! That's what I got when I tried it out -- a torrent of green!

I have to say, Lomography X-Pro Chrome 100 is my favorite slide film. No matter what camera you use, it will still produce great photos. I have tested it with my Holga, Pentax SLR, and LomoKino and the results are beyond awesomeness!

Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 is a great choice for those sunny weekend walks. That great "not knowing what the photos turned out until you develop the roll" feeling of shooting analogue is even better when you cross-process the film and add the "not knowing which color shifts you will get" feeling to the mix!

My favourite film is Lomography X-Pro. My favourite camera is the Diana F+. If I can have them both in a unique experience what more can I ask?

Just before I left for Gurten Festival for partying, I noticed that I had almost no more films. I went to a photo shop to buy Fuji Sensia 100, but got Fuji Velvia 100 instead. Read about it after the jump!

These photos were taken at Brighton Beach in New York. The three of us took a train out to the beach on a sunny Thursday. We wanted to get out of the city for a minute and check out the local beaches.
