All winter long, I eagerly await the first sunny days of the year to hop on my bike and go for a ride. But besides a single week of decent weather early March, it has been a very sad, cold and unpleasant spring. Until yesterday! Sun came out early, temperature went up, so I filled my tires with fresh air and headed out! Let me take you on a tour through the countryside surrounding my hometown.

Streets of Torino, arches, architecture, trams, parks, bohemian life...and two lomographers:
Mr. Cryboy and Atria007.

A camera that can register 144 pictures on a normal 135mm roll. It registers every scene or action and it can reproduce every kind of motion. It is the first movie camera made by Lomography, 100% analog, as we like it!

Cross-processed films are known for their amazing colour rendering. I figured there was a pretty good chance a sea of snow would do something interesting. And it did. While I'm not sure I love it, the Peacock plays well in the snow.

Sometimes, when it is a nice day and I need a rest from my never-ending pile of things I need to do, I will go down to the park at the back of my apartment building for a stroll by myself with a couple of cameras in hand. I'm extremely lucky to live right near such a beautiful park that I am able to walk in to rejuvenate, as well as get a little exercise.

When I found this film in my favorite photo lab in Bandung, I was excited and really want to try it!. After finishing up a roll of Agfa Precisa CT 100 on Film Photography Day, I put this film into my LC-wide and started to shoot! Yesterday I processed it and BOOOM!! This film is so crazy!

Tungsten slide film may be temperamental, but once you get a feel for it, you can achieve some great x-pro results, often with purple color shifts!

Horror films may now open for me a chance to enjoy screaming with friends and other audiences in the moviehouse at critically horrific moments in the film. But when I was much younger, Dracula and other monsters of the night really gave me the creeps.

It's April and yesterday it was still snowing here. Yes, really. I don't even live on the North Pole. It was snowing here, in Slovenia, in the middle of Europe, in times when spring should already be in full bloom.

If you travelling to Malaysia, I most recommend Malacca. This is because it is a great to visit, with its rich historical and cultural background from previous Portuguese, Dutch and British rule. The centre of city was listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in year 2008.

The Lomography Film Scanner arrived today and I just couldn't wait to try it out! Here are some first scans of 35mm colour negatives and xpro slides, using a Samsung Galaxy S2.

Winter is grey, at least in the north. With the cold and bare trees, Lorenzo decided to come and from the thin branches of a bare tree comes an explosion of color. If you have your camera with you will not be able to resist and you will take a picture. In any other case, you will go running to take any camera.

This blue-toned, high saturation, fine grained slide film is normally used to duplicate slides using a slide duplicator instead of a lens. You can also use it to shoot with any camera as long as you adapt to its very low sensitivity.

I was waiting for Lomography X-Pro Peacock 110 Film that will come to store. I was lucky as I had this opportunity on a sunny day!

Chinatown in Singapore has always been one of my favourite places, and what I love best is taking a leisurely walk around the area, soaking in the sights and sounds. During Chinese New Year, the place bustles with people and activity and this year is no exception. This time, my LC-A+ joined me in my trip, and a surprise encounter made my day.

There are films and cameras that are simply and clearly made for each other and the photographs they produce together are just pure poetry.

I had not tried the Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 film with my LC-Wide before. It was a big mistake! Read on to find out why.
