On 29th April there was a pretty popular event in my town - Season opening on Lubovna Castle. This occasion is always accompanied with a lot of visitor from different countries and historical performaces played in front of the audience. So what else could I do than grap my new La Sardina and became a part of it!

When taking analogue photos I try to keep any editing or digital manipulation to a minimum. Apart from cropping the borders of square Diana shots and scanning the images digitally they remain as much as possible true to the Lomography principles. Recently though my analogue and digital worlds collided with pleasantly surprising results.

Warwick Castle is a Merlin-run attraction for a day out with the whole family and is especially great in the lovely spring sunshine, with the beautiful peacock gardens being the most beautiful place to soak up the sunshine.

Finally winter is over and all of us are reaching out for the long days of summer though spring just arrived! However - even my bright skin is getting some more freckles which is a wonderful sign that the sun is on the rise and on a good way of making us happier. :) Since nobody can stay inside while the weather outside is so dazzling and most of the people I know prefer to spend their time outside discovering new nice places or just relaxing at nice common places - here you get my favorite spot to get some sun. Whether if it's spring or summer.

I recently got to visit the amazing Chain of Rocks Bridge. The Gateway Arch in St Louis is visible downstream. The bridge was built at one of the most scenic parts of the Mississippi River. The Chain of Rocks Bridge, is named as such because of a rocky area in the Mississippi during low water that looks like there is a small waterfall.

Want to know the best kept secret in Warwickshire England? Kenilworth is a small historic town at the heart of Warwickshire and I think it is a real gem! I'm very lucky that I only live 5 minutes away from Kenilworth Castle and I can't tell you how many times I have visited, it is simply beautiful and quintessentially English! :-)
