Sometimes, when it is a nice day and I need a rest from my never-ending pile of things I need to do, I will go down to the park at the back of my apartment building for a stroll by myself with a couple of cameras in hand. I'm extremely lucky to live right near such a beautiful park that I am able to walk in to rejuvenate, as well as get a little exercise.

So I called this Faux-MX because the double-layer synonymous with MX is what you think of when laying eyes upon the resulting image. Though the image in question isn't born within an analogue camera's womb, I was inspired by the unconventional union of two analogue-terrific images!

Dear Lomo-magic, this year I have been a girl very good in terms of photos. I have experienced, tested new films and investigated with new cameras and, in addition, I have shared with some of my lomo-friends experiences and films.

In terms of photography, Autumn is my favorite season, the colors are beautiful, the light is hazy, and all the places that seem so familiar to you seem to look different, more magical perhaps.

Do you know the way kids see autumn? Autumn always brings to me something special, I don't know if it is the smell of the first rain in hot soil or the smell of smoke in the streets from fireplaces or the colors changing during the day!

Autumn is my favorite season. Why? Because I love its changes: nature becomes orange, it's time to harvest new beginnings that you can capture with redscale film.

I love to photograph rugby, my preferred sport. The young team of my city, Rugby Como, belongs to the Italian Third Division championships, and plays in a small stadium surrounded by beautiful trees. In the autumn, the colors are fantastic!
-
Timing is key when shooting the autumn season. If you nail it right and avoided rain or snow, your efforts will be rewarded and well-deserved of a golden treat!

Autumn is a great season that gives natural vivid colors on our lomographs. The colors of Autumn are readily available at every four-season countries. The sky is blue, the grass is green, and trees are so colorful with shades of yellow, red to brown. The days are warm with the fresh wind and the nights are cool.

Summer is coming to an end, and autumn is just around the corner. It is time for autumn lovers to get out of their houses and take some pictures of autumn scenes, especially the beautiful, autumn leaves.

Once in a while, try adding a little assignment to your Lomographic routine -- like what I did with our furry friends at Hyde Park!

The annual Denver Botanic Garden corn maze and pumpkin patch is a an event not to be missed! We've made a family adventure out of this day for a couple years running, and the experience is great for many ages and tastes. Bring on fall!

Around this time of year everyone is getting all set for school and then soon enough, the leaves start changing and falling. Last year was my first year experiencing this in the Northern hemisphere and all the amazing colours. But what happens when you take the bright colour away and see if only in silver shade? This.

I traveled to Southern Vermont this fall to be a “leaf peeper” and see the annual show of color as the leaves turned to vibrant shades of reds and golds. Spectacular Lomo moments were at every turn. The beautiful scenery was only enhanced by the artistic wonder of my Diana F+ and LC-A.
