An action that everyone can take! The protagonists are objects encountered on the street. Eyebombing is the act of setting googly eyes on inanimate things in the public space. Ultimately the goal is to humanize the streets, and bring sunshine to people passing by, a photo project by an artistic collective.

I wanted to share with you all a great video my friend in London posted on his Facebook last week which had been made as part of the London Street Photography Festival earlier this year.

This larger than life public sculpture doubles as a one-piece playground. Every time we see a little red wagon, we'll remember our rest stop in Spokane.

In March this year I was fortunate enough to get to shoot with some of my favourite cameras at a huge political public event. This was a really important day for me, as a public sector working in my first year of employment.

Wapping was originally a Saxon settlement. This area was known as a marshland until the 16th century when it was drained. It then became a rich meadow and garden ground until it was acquired for the London Docks. By 1969, the docks at Wapping were empty. Trees were planted and it was optimistically called Wapping Woods. However, the trees could not survive and the result is the small park we have today.

Big naked people. Need I say more? Nearly a dozen giant naked people greeted me on the grounds of the Calgary Education Centre. Their indistinct genitals notwithstanding, the 21-foot humans - men, women, and children - represent a family of sorts.

In a few months' time, Malta will face a huge public transport reform. The central bus terminus in Valletta together with its contents: vintage buses of all shapes, makes, and sizes will soon disappear into a distant memory.

A strange building with so many unique things to offer, the Seattle Public Library will not disappoint. Curious to see what was inside this odd-shaped building, I entered the Seattle Public Library for the first time and was delighted with what I found. Aside from its immense size, there are all sorts of unique - and functional aspects to this library that are just waiting to be discovered.

Viana do Castelo Municipal Library isn’t so different from all the other libraries. It’s a place where books are and where knowledge is kept. But it can have a different environment.

Sounds like a location in the UK, non? Well, our fine Canadian city _does_ have a fairly British sounding name... Sir Winston Churchill Square is nearly smack-dab-in-the-middle of the "Festival City", and many of our festivals and other events are held here. Whether it's to watch a family movie on a three-storey inflatable screen, or to take in the International Street Performers Festival, this is the place that Edmontonians gather to soak up culture.
