Throughout the world, Paris is well known as the city of love. But there is at least one totally different place that is worth to be visited. In western Paris, right after passing the Seine, you enter a whole new world - it's name is "La Défense". The first half of 2011 was amply covered by the Whilst We Wait project. The next half is hazy as I found myself buried with my day job and had less freelance photography jobs. The office was renovated and we lost close to two months of productive work. And before you know it, the year was winding down and we were faced with another financial crisis.

If you ever go to Madrid try to discover what the Torres Kio look like. Maybe there are better places in Madrid to visit but this place is quite important to me as every time I have to be in Madrid for work I stay in one of the hotels near that place.

If you think that Cape town is all about Table Mountain and the oceans- it's not true. It has a CITY, too. The one which looks the same as the London one, or any other. With high building, big squares, but- almost empty.
