What you do at Lomography: Graphic Artist
Interests: Anime, movies, manga, video games, looking for randoms stuff over the net and, of course, photography! Can you sense that I have a mild case of being a “shut-in?” Yeah, Lomography inspired me to go out, meet new friends, and see the world differently.
Which Lomography product would you recommend to readers? Diana Multi Pinhole Operator
Why? I can take photos even if I’m doing something else. I just put it on a steady surface or tripod, open the shutter and leave it. I’m a lazy bum.
Please attach a picture of yourself taken with a Lomography camera and tell us something about this picture.
Basically, I got inspired by the “Life Suction” project by @tattso which pretty much explains how busy human lives can be.
Your message to Lomographers: Try something new everyday! :D

This breathtaking underwater photo by jennson is one of the most popular photos in the community for several reasons. Apart from the rare opportunity to observe life beneath the surface, he made use of the perfect photographic tools. Picking the LC-Wide was a great choice because its 17mm wide angle lens enabled him to capture the scene in full detail. Also, Lomography Color Negative 800 is the smart film to load for water adventures because of its high-speed and you can see that the colors of the sea, reef and fish just pop! Of course, none of this would have been possible without the Lomo LC-A+ Krab Underwater Housing! Get these perfect subaquatic pairings at the Online Shop or Lomography Gallery Stores.
What’s up, Lomographers? Feeling wild and free? Join us for Staff Picks today as our online boss man Andi takes us on a panoramic tree-top adventure that just radiates summer fun in the sun!
Name: Andreas Bischoff
Interests: Besides photography, I love digging for vinyl – Disco pearls from the 70’s & 80’s. I shoot some hoops occasionally, hit the squash box and love to go for hikes.
Which Lomography product would you recommend to readers? Horizon Perfekt
Why? It just never leaves my camera bag. Aside from being the sturdy workhorse that it is, it really changed my perception for photos by extending the frame. It’s obviously great for outdoor shots but I’m more and more intrigued by the perspective it gives you when shooting indoors.
Please attach a picture of yourself taken with a Lomography camera or Lomography film and tell us something about this picture.
I have a couple of favorite Horizon shots for different reasons. The picture of myself standing on a tree was just such a beautiful moment, reaching the top of a huge sand dune on the Californian coast, looking out at the ocean. I’m usually not the biggest fan of redscale film and prefer color negative or slide, but in this picture it fits really well.
Your message to Lomographers: Go out and shoot! Don’t be scared to try out new things!
