Q and A: Belair Light Meter

Q: Help! I just got my beautiful Belair camera and I noticed that my light meter isn’t working; does this mean I cannot take my camera for a ride?

A: Hello friend, fear not! Your Belair cameras are tried and tested before they are sent out to your doorstep. Please check on the following below:

1.) Install your batteries correctly. When the Belair is facing you, the lower part of the battery chamber should have the negative polarity and the upper part should have the positive one. Also check the indicators located at the battery chamber to make sure that the right ends meet!
2.) Hold your camera properly. Make sure you are holding the front part of the camera on the shutter release side. Remember the light meter is on the front left hand side of the camera, so you want to keep that unobstructed at all times.

Viola! Your Belair is ready to fly! Be sure to head on to our Belair Microsite for more information.
