Fujifilm Neopan Acros Black-and-White Negative Film (ISO 100, 120 roll) provides high latitude for exposure. Very forgiving. And the most important thing, it’s decently priced.

Fuji Acros 100 used in Seagull TLR Fuji Acros has a really great fine grain, and some eye popping contrast.

This monochrome champ gives awesome grey tones and razor-sharp results with extremely fine grain. Wonderful for when you want to slow things down a bit. When shooting with the Holga, use in full sun or with a long-exposure (or a flash!)
