What Does the Sprocket Rocket Give Us When Used Inside With a Flash?

I chose to bring my Sprocket Rocket along to a friend's leaving party to take some shots of the evening. Some might say that it's not the most compact of cameras, but still, it's lightweight, and and above all, takes some truly unique photos!

I used two different films: the Lomography XPro Chrome 100 and the Lomography Lady Grey N&B 400 ISO with a Fritz the Blitz flash. I used the flash on it’s lowest setting for each picture.

I remembered to bring the cable which fixes the flash to the camera, but I completely forgot to bring the adapter… this was kind of annoying, but I could still use the flash, making sure to set it off every time and to point it towards the subject. I don’t have a picture of it, but just imagine that I was holding the camera in my right hand, my eye pressed against the view finder, and the flash in my left, slightly raised, pointed towards the subject.

The panoramic format combined with the wide angle lens is useful in an indoors setting, where you don’t have the room to take a few steps back: with this camera, you can get quite close whilst still keeping some distance.

Here are some photos that I took with the Sprocket Rocket:

These photos have given me some awesome souvenirs from that evening and I had a lot of fun sharing them with my friend and all the other people that were there. The Sprocket Rocket is a lightweight and easy to use camera which gives you unique photos with sprocket holes!

The Sprocket Rocket is the first wide angle camera dedicated to sprocket holes. With its two winding knobs, it pushes the limits of your creativity. Check out the Sprocket Rocket in the online shop
