This Tiny 1970's 110 camera packs quite a punch! Read on to learn more about the Kodak Tele-Instamatic 608 and see some of the shots I took with this camera!
The moment I saw that Lomography was releasing both 110 Black & White and 110 Color Negative film, I started digging around in my “impossible to find film for” camera box and pulled out this 1970s gem: the Kodak Tele-Instamatic 608!
This little beast of a 110 camera not only fits into every single pocket I have (and every purse ever), but it has a connector for a flash bar, or if I can find one, a giant flash, but this isn’t the best part about it! This plastic monster also houses a telephoto lens!
Check out this vintage ad:

A tiny switch on the top of the camera turns it from normal to tele in a matter of seconds, “insta” masking the frame:
produced between : 1975 – 1979
lens : 25mm and 43mm, f/11 Meniscus
film type : 110 Cartridge
picture size : 13 × 17 mm
Take a look at some of my first shots with this little monster and see more in this album!

Great article. I think I got one of those somewhere in my bedroom. I'll have to dig it out and see how it's holding up.
