Lomography Color Negative 400 makes a perfect match to my Zenit E. Read about my first try using Lomography's faster film with a full-manual camera after the jump!
It was my first time using an analogue camera with fully manual setting: a Zenit E with 50mm Helios lens. Actually, I had a hard time understanding the Zenit E. Thanks to a few friends who were eager to share their knowledge, I learned how to get this camera functioning.
The adventure began when I loaded a Lomography Color Negative 400, and snap snap snap everything I found. After that I got my film processed. This is not my first time using Lomo CN 400, but this is my first time using a Zenit E. I was very excited to see what will happen next.
After the developing and scanning process, I can say that I’m quite satisfied, even though some of the pictures became over-exposed, under-exposed, or too grainy.
However, I would say that love the soft and serene effect of Lomography CN 400 film. I hope to improve the quality next time and maybe experiment with other type of films with my Zenit E.
The Lomography Color Negative 35mm 400 film delivers vibrant colours and superb saturation and contrast. You don’t have to worry while you’re shooting, even under low lighting conditions. See our selection of Lomography films here.
