I received this roll of film from a certain kind lomo neighbor (nigelk) on our photo expedition with kayswirl. It was a rather cloudy day so I figured that 100 would work. Paired with my Canon EOS Elan II, boy did it ever!
Fuji Velvia can be processed in either E-6 for regular processing, or C-41 which cross processes your photos. This roll of film was also my first roll of slide film, AND my first roll of film that I cross processed. I saw all the beautiful cross processed slide film all over lomography and I knew that I had to try it.
Cross processed Fuji Velvia certainly has the tendency to surprise you with odd colors that you didn’t think you saw when you were taking the photo.

However, this being my first roll of cross processed film, I didn’t compensate for how dark certain pictures would be in bad lighting.
But even so, some of the photos that were rather dark came out well. The darkness even gave it more character.
And then, we’ve got the multiple exposures which came out GREAT, despite the fact that the film was slow. Some of my favorite shots were the multiple exposures!
After trying it only once, Fuji Velvia has definitely jumped to the top of my list of favorite films! In good lighting, this baby may be your best bet. So thank you Keith, for introducing us :)
