Want to let a little light in on your cross processed slide photos? Want turquoise blues, bright yellows & green casts on your photos? Want double exposures that pop with colour & depth? You will love the Lomography X-Pro 200 film!
I had been hesitant to use slide film on my Diana Mini, fearing that the light would not be reflected well through her little plastic lens. Oh how I was wrong! I went out one sunny Melbourne morning with my little Diana Mini loaded with a nice fresh batch of Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 film ready to capture the light & loveliness.
I also took the same film on a quick trip to Queensland, so I could capture some early morning skies above the clouds. When it came time to process the film I was delighted and surprised with the way this film captures the light, especially when cross processed.
With beautiful turquoise blues, sharp reds, bright yellows and a beautiful green cast, this film is perfect for when you want the film to soak up the colour & light that surrounds you.
When double exposing, Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 really does come into it’s own, giving glorious colour & depth, with cool blues, soft yellows & wonderful detail.
I would highly recommend this film for days when the light isn’t so kind & you want to capture the little light there is available. I’ve only just begin to see what is achievable with this film… I highly recommend it!
I can’t wait to try Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 in my LC-A next time!
(Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 is available in 35mm or 120, 3-packs.)

I have some of this film still in their little canisters. I've been dying to try it out! Just need to find the time. Thanks for the article. I liked it.
