Kodak E100VS is the best film combining its vividly fresh colors with high sharpness, better speed and more latitude to cope with high-contrast scenes ever.
I’m used to Provia 100F for a slide film. But when I tried E100VS, I was hooked with its outstanding sharpness and vivid colors! In my opinion this film is superior to either Velvia or Provia of producing warm, inviting, eye popping pictures.
“VS” stands for Vivid Saturation, so E100VS is great for bright primary colors. Its greatest strength is its colors that are wonderful and vivid. And E100VS can capture the extreme contrast range of this blazingly sun-lit scene with ease.
It is also a very fine grained film. Grain structure of E100VS is smooth and there is just a perceptible touch of graininess in large areas of bright sky. The film contrast is moderate and this helps overcome the problems inherent with bright sunlight at the possible of losing the ultimate in detail sharpness.
These have confirmed that this film is a top-notch performer in film market.
