Kodak Ektachrome EPR (35mm, 64 iso) user-review

Be blown off by the crazy saturation of this Kodak slide when xpro-ed! My new favourite slide to cross process is the Kodak Ektachrome EPR 64!

I used to not really fancy Kodak films before, but this film made me changed my opinion about them. This is probably one of the 2 kodak films that i fell in love with (The other one’s Kodak Elitechrome EB).

When I actually shot this roll, I was kind of skeptical about the said effects that people have claimed to achieve when they cross processed this film. But anyhow, I gathered all of my guts and finished the whole roll of film on random stuffs. Got it sent to the lab for developing and voila! Upon seeing my shots, the super saturated colors actually got me really excited!

Now i know how it feels just like how those lomo addicts loved the incredible color intensity and the amazingly unexpected results that this film produces. They definitely surrendered under this slide’s disarming charms… and I am one of them now.

Two-thumbs up!

As a matter of fact the EPR 35mm, 64iso is not available at the moment but there are various 120 Ektachromes in the shop: <a href="http://shop.lomograp(…)uot;&gt;120 Premium Film</a>

were you shooting at 50 iso setting? could you please answer in my guestbook? thanks. i have an lca+ and i have some of this film but 100 iso setting is the lowest i can use. i don´t know if double expose or shoot a single frame with 100 iso setting that would be under exposed, i think.
    thanks
