With my FED 5, I found that this fast-working film works great in capturing portraits indoors (or outdoors, in the shade). With a filtered light source and correct exposures (with the aid of my FED’s light-meter), one can produce beautiful black and whites with even grain. My outdoor shots turned out coarser, especially those taken under full sun, a result suitable for those who prefer that gritty analog character in their photographs.
Ultimately, this black and white film won me over with its dramatic contrast and remarkable versatility.
