Welcome all again to pan_dre's emulsion weekly. Having become a big Sensia fan over the last months I'd like to take some time to have a closer look at the complete Fuji Sensia line here:

*Looking Glass Photo* of Berkeley, California has always been the spot to head when in the Bay Area looking for all things photographic. Hosting classes such as Pinhole Photography, this is one analog destination not to be missed. The staff consists of primarily photographers, giving you a chance to geek out and open up a dialogue on shutter speeds, aperture, film speed, and anything else a shutterbug can dream of. We caught up with owner Jen to find out more about the store, the Bay Area, and life behind the lens.

**Let us know a little bit more about who you are and what your present life is made of...**

We’ve been well acquainted with the LOMO Lubitel twin lens reflex camera for decades, and often daydreamed of breathing new life into this Soviet-era, medium format beauty. When our research revealed the Lubitel to be the most beloved out-of-production camera for the international community of Lomographers, we felt compelled to step up and bring this icon back to life!

"This here is the team that set my summer into fire! Grab a Fisheye No. 2 and a Ringflash and start colouring everybody you know. Start with your family memebers then ask some friends, try some neighbours or even have a go at strangers in a bar! The funniest shots are taken indoors or at night so the last ingredient to this kind of photo Strudel would be the Fuji Press 800 film. Give it a try! Oh, and don't forget to get close."

Previously, Mandi gave us a background about choosing the right speed for different lighting conditions. Now he’s going to show some examples on how to work with certain film speeds should you want to let the speed control your body.

Actually I’m more a cat person than a dogs- man. Never the less I immediately agreed on taking care for the monster of bulldog waiting for a master in the office.

I think I had a friend in school that first showed me some lomographic camera on a website. I first did not show any interest but later I found the official lomographic website and that was when I first entered the enormous, warm and analogue world of these unpredictable, oddly shaped cameras. Sitting in school and studying half the time, wandering through the website the other half. There were so many pictures to look at, so much to read about these eye opening lenses. Lomography gave me this great feeling. To see the world as something great, discovering all the interesting details and documenting, documenting and documenting. Always having your camera with you, looking for shootable things. The next step would be very natural: buying these tools of living.

Another change of seasons is upon us. Whether you're walking around a college campus, the backstreets of your small town, or a misty forest at dusk, the LC-A+ is always ready to spring to action, even in the Fall. This month, we've teamed the LC-A+ with some truly special partners to make a spectacular Dream Team. We're also happy to give you a free roll of one of the best films in the world, Ilford's pinnacle of black & white films - SFX 200 when you buy an LC-A+ or Wide Angle Lens. And we're going back to school with the latest batch of Lomo Amigos who all have one thing in common - they were interns for Lomography!

And what better way to capture your timeless autumnal adventures than in full-frame 20mm super-wide angle with the greatest accessory ever produced for the LC-A+, the Wide Angle lens.

MissKhali, aka Caroline Merklen (or Karotte for friends) is actually much more than a friend to me! As my girlfriend, but also as my initiator to the mysteries of Xpro and plastic lenses, she was the one I wanted to ask a few question and let you know a bit more about! Let me introduce you my Lomo guru, "MissKhali":http://www.lomohomes.com/MissKhali!

Here's another issue of my very personal weekly choice of film. Last weekend we were blessed with the best weather in weeks so I seized the opportunity and took my Yashica and a hand full of carefully selected film with me in the autumn sun.
