Panoramic shots work best when there’s a lot to cover, and what better way to cover a lot of distance while taking in the outside view than by riding a train?
Not your usual landscape photo, the image covers a lot of tracks—-railroad tracks, specifically. And what are those small lights floating about? I can’t quite decide if it’s a double exposure or a bunch of fairies huddled in conversation.
Our Photo of the Day was taken by penumbras using a Lomography Sprocket Rocket loaded with Fuji Velvia 100 film. It is part of the album Hungarian Summer and quite obviously was taken in Hungary during the warmer months.
Congratulations, penumbras. Your shot made it as the Photo of the Day!
